Our Mission
Halte-Femme is a woman shelter located in the Haute-Gatineau region and it’s a non-profit organization. Their primary mandate is to offer assistance and accomodation to woman victims of domestic violence or living with multiple social issues, as well as their children. Through their vision and actions, they promote healthy and egalitarian gender relations. The management and the multidisciplinary team offers a range of free services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet the needs of the women and children.
